Mickell Raddon, trading as Savage Rose Garden ("we", "us"), operates savagerosegarden.com and the experiences sold through it. Mickell Raddon is the data controller for the personal information described here — we decide why and how it is used.

• Contact details (name, email) — to confirm your purchase, send your welcome email, and give you access to the experience. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Messages you send us (contact form, email) — to answer you and provide support. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Order information (what you bought, when, order reference) — to deliver what you paid for and keep records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Card and billing details are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed) — for site security, fraud prevention, and improving the experience. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Anything you share in the community — to run the experience. Legal basis: contract. Please share only what you're comfortable sharing.

• Stripe — our payment processor, for processing payments, receipts, fraud prevention, and tax calculation.
• Service providers — hosting, database, and email delivery partners who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Community platforms — the private Facebook group and announcement channel used to run the experience are governed by their own privacy policies.
• Professional advisers and authorities — legal or accounting advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your information only as long as we need it: order and tax records for as long as the law requires, and contact and participation data while your relationship with us is active. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@savagerosegarden.com and we'll respond within one month.

Emails about your purchase and the experience you joined are part of what you bought. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of non-essential mail at any time.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep the site working and to process checkout securely. Our payment provider sets cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential ones may break checkout.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers — to protect your data. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
